Production hall – Ostrov nad Ohří
Panattoni has completed the construction of a production hall in Ostrov nad Ohří for the investor Accolade. Our company has supplied complete HVAC and ZTI solutions, including measurement and regulation. The project used air source heat pumps, condensing gas boilers and rainwater pumping stations for environmentally friendly flushing. The result is an effective system that meets the demanding requirements of BREEAM Outstanding certification with a view to future hall expansion
The developer of the project was Panattoni, which was building a new production hall in Ostrov nad Ohří for the investor Accolade, which was preparing the hall for tenants from the automotive sector
The aim of the project was to ensure operational-economical cooling of production facilities with high heat load. The project represented the first stage of construction, and it is planned to expand in the future by another part of a similar scale.
Our company provided the supply of complete HVAC and ZTI solutions, including the profession of Measurement and Control.
Specific technologies were used:
- air-to-air heat pumps with a cooling capacity of 2.6+ MW / 418,000 m3/h
- Hot water boiler room with condensing gas boilers
- Rainwater pumping stations for environmentally friendly and economical flushing
Thanks to the high-quality design of the rooftop unit system, optimized air distribution and the combination of freecooling with low-emission heat sources, it was possible to create an efficient and reliable HVAC system that meets the high demands of modern industrial production. The project was completed to the required extent and quality, with a view to the future expansion of the hall. The project has received the BREEAM Outstanding certification level.
