Purpose and duration of processing:
We process personal data for the purpose of handling your inquiry and the subsequent performance of the contract (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b)). If you provide us with your explicit consent, we also process personal data for marketing purposes (in accordance with Article 6(1)(e)).
The retention period varies depending on the purpose. To handle your inquiry, we retain your data for 1 year; for marketing purposes for 3–5 years (the exact period is specified in the consent form); and if you become our client, we retain your data for the duration of our business relationship.

To provide you with the highest quality services, we use third-party services. Below is a list of these providers. We also use processors based abroad. Data transfer will occur based on the processor being verified by the Privacy Shield platform. (This platform verifies whether American software complies with European legislation.)

Security and protection of personal data

This obligation remains in effect even after the processing of personal data has ended.
All stored electronic data is protected using a secure protocol (HTTPS encrypted with TLS), which protects the connection between your web browser and our server from eavesdropping and unauthorized manipulation of data.
We have implemented user access control and a permissions and roles management system, thereby ensuring data protection against unauthorized access. All individuals who come into contact with personal data within their work duties are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
